THE FIRST STAGE IN YOUR CROSSFIT JOURNEY
Before you start on your journey with CrossFit Poole, every new member must go through the Crossfit Poole Beginners Course, to learn the 9 Foundation Movements that are essential to CrossFit, as well as all the information you need to be fully prepared for your first session.
The Beginners Course is 3 hours long and runs once a month on a Sunday morning. We recommend all new members complete the course to truly grasp the movements that are essential to CrossFit. Obviously, you can carry on with more than 1 Course if you wish (all of us can benefit from practising and perfecting the basics!)
